Lets start designing

So after looking through a few movies and footages, I have come up with one conlusion for my film. The enviornment plays a heavy role in the alien sighting. It is also important that I make the most of the dark. Use of colour is a must for contrast. The alien autopsy site will help me in making parts for my alien body. I need to make some props for the effect. The korean artist who's made the alienish sort of devices will help me with quiet a few things

Analysing some aliens.

I have noticed one thing for sure the design of most of these aliens is a mix of humans and animals/ insects. An interesting twist as to how they are derived.

Spaceships and pyramids

The triangular shape of a pyramid is something that plays a very important role in the aerodynamics of a spaceship. I'm interested in the idea of a flying around now.( Inspiration cowboys and aliens + stargate)

Orbs

The term orb describes unexpected, typically circular artifacts that occur in flash photography — sometimes with trails indicating motion — especially common with modern compact and ultra-compact digital cameras.

Orbs are also sometimes called backscatter, orb backscatter, or near-camera reflection. According to science they are charged energy particles in the air that play an important role in the concept of subtle energy.

Stargate 1994

This film made the previous documentary into a reality before the documentary was even made! The architecture is literally alien in nature as per the plot of the fim.

The concept of a building being a spaceship is what i truly found amazing in this film.
